Frequently Asked Questions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the greater Bemidji, MN area. See the delivery area map on the bottom of the Send Flowers page.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Typically, a day or two ahead is sufficient. Same day delivery is possible if orders are placed by 10:00 a.m.
When will my flowers arrive?
Most days after 12 p.m., but deliveries may be made anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We will make ONE delivery attempt. If you’re requesting a delivery to a business with working hours, please indicate on the order form. *We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Am I buying the same arrangement pictured on the order page?
No, this is an example image. Our arrangements vary weekly depending on what flowers we have selected based on season, beauty, shape, etc.
May I choose which flowers and colors you use?
We purchase and work with the very best selection of flowers available each week. We consider special requests, but can’t guarantee that we will have specific flowers or colors in stock.
How will the flowers be packaged for delivery?
Arrangements are delivered in a variety of vessels including glass, ceramic, metal and wood. If temps are below freezing, they will be protected with plastic covering.
May I pick up my flowers or come visit your space?
We are a studio florist working from a private space, not a storefront. You’re welcome to call or email with questions, but we do not have a retail space for visitors.
How long will the flowers last?
We tend to buy long lasting and slightly closed up blooms that with proper care, will slowly unfurl in your home. Expect some flowers to last more than a week, and others to wilt more quickly. How long they last also depends on conditions and treatment post-delivery.
How do I care for my flowers so they last as long as possible?
Keep the vase water full and clear. Our flowers are very fresh, often straight from a flower farm, and will rapidly drain the vase water, so refill as needed. If the water gets cloudy, it will clog the stems causing them to wilt. Change the water if this happens and give each stem a snip. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and sources of heat and moving air. Visit Flower Care for more information.
Do you sell balloons, fruit baskets, teddy bears, etc.?
No. We are a studio florist specializing in floral design. Occasionally we may offer select gifts to add on to your floral order.
